Former College Baseball Standout, Brian Moran, Shares How He Made A Million Dollars His First Year Online While Only Working Part Time

I came across this great interview between Yaro Starak and Brian Moran that is featured on Yaro’s site, www.entrepreneurs-journey.com.

After listening to it, I knew without a doubt, this was something I wanted to share with you. It is a great story of how a fellow part time entrepreneur was able to pursue his passion and essentially set himself free of the corporate shackles.

Brian MoranBrian Moran was an awesome college baseball player who just happened to become an expert in Facebook advertising. He was so good that he made over a million dollars in sales his first full year  and he started this as only a part time side project.

Brian graduated college in 2008 and had an extremely hard time trying to find employment in his field like many people now of days. He had to make things work with different odd end jobs (like being a paper shredder, exciting) but eventually things worked out and he found himself a decent job making a respectable $60k a year.

Even though he had a good paying job, he wasn’t happy at all. In his frustration he stumbled across and ad from Jay and Sterling (of internet business mastery) about how to make money online selling information products. He was instantly intrigued and jumped right in head first.

His first business was about a subject that he was very fond of and knowledgeable about—baseball.  While growing this business at night and working during the day, he got introduced to Facebook marketing. After some trial and error, he really got the hang of Facebook marketing and stared making a few thousand dollars a month selling baseball training products.

One day he met another marketer of baseball training products who became his mentor. This man suggested that Brian start teaching his Facebook advertising techniques since they were working so well .

Brian took the advice and he is so gratefully he did. He was able to eventually quit his job and now generates over $100,000 a month thanks to his businesses that are primarily driven by Facebook traffic.

If you want to learn how Brian generates leads from Facebook or just to be inspired by a person who was able to start his business while working a full time job, this is the interview you need to listen to.
